16 Bars – The Roots of Rap

16 Bars was released BEFORE George Floyd’s murder when many had not thought to look for the brilliant model that 16 Bars describes. Now 16 Bars speaks to a more awake world, ready for its model.

The United States has only 4.2% of the world’s total population but more than 20% of the world’s total prison population, which raises the question:  What has gone wrong in the land of the free? See Prison Policy 2020.
